The physical therapist who did my assessment said it is possible the flap tore, but didn't curl in between the knee and whatever else...Let's hope. We also have a lovely little old lady, although she is not cranky at all. BTW, I started swimming after a knee injury. I had jogged for years, so I guess I had it coming :( I had a torn meniscus which required surgery. You will know you need surgery if your knee begins to lock or click. Surgery's pretty quick and the recovery is not bad, but hopefully you won't need it and you'll continue to enjoy your water exercises with your friends :) I also enjoy going to the pool, but I just do laps.
