    I think I will be with you in the water now that I am preg again. I have a lovely pelvic separation and it makes it real hard to workout any other way. We can be “those” old ladies together.

    I’m thinking about signing up for the three days/wk group training program, even if I miss a few. Baking bread right now (well, it’s rising). What I really want is a nap!

    I also enjoy going to the pool, but I just do laps. We also have a lovely little old lady, although she is not cranky at all.

    BTW, I started swimming after a knee injury. I had jogged for years, so I guess I had it coming :( I had a torn meniscus which required surgery. You will know you need surgery if your knee begins to lock or click. Surgery’s pretty quick and the recovery is not bad, but hopefully you won’t need it and you’ll continue to enjoy your water exercises with your friends :)

    Bonnie, come on in, the water is warm! I started water aerobics when I was pregnant. It helped my back a lot.

    Tina, go for it! We have been talking about that for a while.

    Raul, my knee clicked and caught several times and then after I got in the pool, it stopped. The physical therapist who did my assessment said it is possible the flap tore, but didn’t curl in between the knee and whatever else…Let’s hope. Like you, though, he said surgery would be quick and easy.
